Job Title: Senior Director of Digital Experience

Location: This is a remote position open to candidates in the United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Ivím Health does not currently sponsor employment visas.
Compensation: The base salary starting at $150,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an end-of-year performance-based bonus.
Compensation is determined based on factors such as location, relevant experience, and qualifications. Candidates in higher cost-of-living areas or with exceptional expertise may fall above this range.
This position is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Position Overview
The Senior Director of Digital Experience will own Ivím Health’s public web presence as a strategic platform for marketing, commerce, recruiting, and brand communications.
This role is responsible for the architecture, governance, performance, and scalability of Ivím’s marketing website and digital experience layer. The Senior Director will oversee content systems, site structure, digital merchandising, and publishing workflows while ensuring teams across the organization can safely and effectively publish content.
Working closely with Marketing, HR, PR, and Product teams, this leader will ensure Ivím’s website functions as a high-performing platform that supports patient acquisition, brand storytelling, recruiting, and company communications.
This role combines digital platform leadership, marketing operations, content governance, and experience optimization to ensure Ivím’s digital presence remains performant, scalable, and aligned with company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Platform Ownership & Governance
- Own the architecture, navigation, and information structure ofIvím’smarketing website
- Define standards for how site sections, landing pages, and content are created and maintained
- Ensure the website supports publishing needs across marketing, HR, PR, recruiting, and other teams
- Establish governance for site structure, publishing workflows, and content management
- Maintain the website as a scalable digital platform supporting company growth
Content Strategy & Community
- Oversee editorial strategy for blog, resource, and educational content
- Ensure consistent voice, structure, and publishing cadence across site content
- Manage community-driven and educational content that supports patient engagement and brand authority
- Maintain strong editorial standards and content organization for long-term scalability
Ecommerce & Digital Merchandising
- Oversee ecommerce and digital merchandising strategy through the Ecommerce Manager
- Align product promotions, catalog presentation, and site merchandising with marketing campaigns
- Optimizeproduct discovery, presentation, and conversion pathways
- Support revenue growth through strategic merchandising and acquisition initiatives
Technology & CMS Governance
- Own the CMS platform (such as WordPress or equivalent) and publishing infrastructure
- Work closely with the Front-End Developer tomaintainsite performance, stability, and security
- Define standards for themes, plugins, integrations, and analytics implementations
- Ensure technical decisions support long-term scalability, maintainability, and performance
Experience Optimization
- Continuously improve usability, site performance, and conversion across key user journeys
- Lead landing page optimization, testing frameworks, and experimentation strategies
- Use analytics and performance data to inform site improvements and conversion optimization
- Identifyopportunities to enhance acquisition funnels and digital engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, HR, PR, Product, and Operations teams to support their digital publishing needs
- Build frameworks that enable teams to safely publish content such as job postings, announcements, and press releases
- Ensure brand consistency, technical integrity, and publishing governance across departments
- Share insights and best practices across the broader Marketing organization
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor members of the digital experience team, including:
- Ecommerce Manager
Blog / Community Editor
Front-End Developer
- Provide strategic direction, operational structure, and performance accountability across the team.
Qualifications
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in digital experience leadership, marketing website management, or digital platform operations
- Experience managing marketing websites, CMS platforms, and digital content systems
- Strong background in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or marketing-driven web experiences
- Experience leading cross-functional digital teams and managing technical collaborators
- Experience supporting marketing, content, and brand teams through scalable digital platforms
- Healthcare, wellness, or consumer digital platform experience preferred but notrequired
Technical Skills
- Strong familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar content systems
- Understanding of front-end technologies, web performance, and digital analytics
- Experience with experimentation frameworks, landing page optimization, and CRO
- Knowledge of analytics platforms such as GA4 and marketing performance dashboards
- Ability to translate marketing needs into sustainable technical and platform solutions

Success in the First 90 Days
Month 1: Platform Assessment
- Conduct a full audit ofIvím’scurrent website architecture, CMS workflows, and performance
- Evaluate site structure, publishing workflows, and content governance
- Identifykey opportunities to improve usability, performance, and scalability
- Develop a digital experience roadmap aligned with marketing priorities
Month 2: Optimization & Enablement
- Implement improvements to site structure, publishing standards, and workflows
- Launch early experience optimizations and landing page improvements
- Establish frameworks that allow internal teams to publish content effectively
- Begin optimization of ecommerce merchandising and acquisition pathways
Month 3: Scale & Structure
- Launch experimentation framework for ongoing site optimization
- Improve conversion and engagement across key user journeys
- Implement governance standards for CMS, plugins, and integrations
- Present digital experience roadmap and performance improvements to executive leadership
