This is a remote position.
System Design & Configuration: Design and build MDM data models, landing/staging tables, and base objects. Configure Match/Merge rules, survivorship, and trust frameworks to consolidate data.
• Data Integration & ETL: Develop ETL processes (Informatica PowerCenter/IICS) and API-based integrations (SIF/REST) to load data from source systems to the MDM hub.
• Data Quality & Cleansing: Implement Data Quality (DQ) rules and profiles using tools like Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) to standardize, cleanse, and validate data.
• Workflow Development: Configure user-facing tools like Informatica Data Director (IDD) and implement workflow automation (e.g., ActiveVOS) for data stewardship and remediation.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize MDM hub performance, including SQL tuning, Match/Merge optimization, and database indexing.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Work with business analysts to understand data needs, create technical design documents (TDDs), and support UAT.
• Platforms: Deep expertise in MDM tools, primarily Informatica MDM, Reltio, or similar tools.
• Technical: Strong SQL, Java/Python, XML, and data modelling skills.
• Tools: Experience with Informatica Data Director (IDD), IDQ, ActiveVOS, and ETL tools.
• Data Principles: Understanding of data governance, data profiling, and master data concepts
