12-15 years of experience in business data analytics or related field
Proven ability to translate business requirements into data requirements, source-to-target mappings, and business rules
Experience collaborating with stakeholders across Programs, Wholesale, and Retail; ability to coordinate with regional offices
Experience with data warehousing, data ingestion/transformation, data quality, and reconciliation

Work closely with Data Architects and Data Engineers to support:

Data quality and reconciliation efforts
Validate data accuracy and business logic during migration and post-migration phases.
Perform data profiling, gap analysis, and remediation for legacy systems.
Collaborate with BI teams to ensure semantic consistency in dashboards and reports.
Support UAT, parallel runs, and go-live activities.
