Job description

This is a remote position.

Develop comprehensive Test strategies, including data validation, migration, and automation frameworks.
• Define DQ metrics, create data quality dashboards, and enforce data governance policies, including proper documentation and metadata management.
• Execution & Monitoring: Oversee daily testing, monitor ETL/data pipelines, and ensure data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and validity.
• Defect Management: Track bugs and data anomalies, analyze root causes, and work with engineers to verify fixes.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Guide QA team members, assign tasks, and foster a high-performance, collaborative environment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing project status updates and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and data warehouse concepts.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Python, specialized DQ tools).
• Leadership abilities to manage projects, risks, and team members
