Your new role
As a Quality Assurance Engineer (all genders), you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, stability, and performance of our platform across web applications, mobile apps, and backend services.

Your mission is to help engineering teams deliver high-quality software with confidence by strengthening testing practices, introducing automation, and embedding quality into the development lifecycle.

You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality is built into our products from the beginning, not added at the end. By designing and maintaining automated test systems and improving testing workflows, you will help enable faster, safer releases and a better customer experience.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the quality engineering approach across the organization, influence testing strategies, and drive automation across multiple platforms.
The work you‘ll do
  • Design, build, and maintain automated tests for web applications, mobile apps, and backend services.
  • Implement automated regression testing to ensure product stability across releases.
  • Develop and maintain API and backend tests using frameworks such as CodeceptJS, Robot Framework, or similar tools.
  • Create end-to-end integration and API test suites that run within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and backend teams to integrate testing into the development workflow.
  • Support teams in improving test coverage, reliability, and testability of systems.
  • Identify, document, and track defects while working with engineers to resolve them efficiently.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing strategies, tools, and quality processes.
  • Automate repetitive manual testing tasks and improve testing workflows.
  • Participate in exploratory testing when validating new features or releases.
  • Ensure product quality delivery through detailed manual regressions.
  • Leverage AI tools and modern development environments to improve testing efficiency and productivity.
The qualifications you need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in software testing or quality engineering, particularly in test automation.
  • Experience implementing automated testing in modern development environments.
  • Experience with automation frameworks such as CodeceptJS, Robot Framework, native mobile testing frameworks, or similar tools.
  • Experience testing REST APIs and backend services.
  • Experience building automated regression, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript / TypeScript or similar languages used in test automation.
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of modern testing practices including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Familiarity with mobile testing for Android and iOS.
  • Experience working with Git and modern development workflows.
  • Experience setting up test automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Knowledge of BDD testing approaches.
  • Experience with performance or load testing tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to software quality.
  • Proactive mindset toward improving testing processes and automation.
  • Clear and effective communication with engineers and product teams.
