Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Manager of Sales Development to lead and scale our Sales Development organization in the government sector. As a Manager of Sales Development, you will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for generating high-quality opportunities across our defined ICP where the team will be balancing both inbound and outbound motions.
This role requires a hands-on leader who understands the nuances of business-to-government (B2G) sales, including how to effectively engage government stakeholders. This role requires a dynamic leader that is comfortable building and executing. You will hire, coach, and develop top SDR talent on public sector prospecting strategies. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to refine ICP targeting and align outbound efforts with broader go-to-market priorities. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing people, building scalable processes, and driving measurable pipeline growth in a B2G environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position begins at $90,000 + bonus + benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
