  • Plan, coordinate and support regional medical education programs, workshops, and training events to strengthen customer engagement and clinical expertise; regularly attend and support surgical cases to ensure appropriate product usage
  • Manage local territory budget, ensure spending is within approved budgets; ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements; manage travel and expenses and collaborate with cross-functional teams

As an Associate Sales Manager you will take ownership of a defined territory and be directly responsible for achieving assigned sales targets within a larger region assigned to your RSM manager. You will drive revenue growth by building strong customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and developing deep product and clinical knowledge. Working in close partnership with the Regional Sales Manager, you will execute territory strategies, engage customers, and actively participate in product training and case support. This role provides hands-on exposure to market planning, account management and sales execution, while holding you accountable for performance within your territory. By sharing best practices with other sales professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to Acumed’s overall growth and reinforce its leadership in orthopaedic trauma devices. This multifaceted role not only drives financial results but also strengthens Acumed’s market presence and supports long-term professional development within the sales organization.

  • Building a strategy in line with the overall regional goals you will plan and execute territory-specific sales activities and initiatives to drive product adoption and market penetration.
  • Develop strong product, clinical, and procedural knowledge to confidently lead customer interactions, product demonstrations and service.
  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with key accounts and stakeholders within the territory, independently and in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Lead and support product training initiatives for customers and internal partners to ensure effective product utilization and awareness.
  • Plan, coordinate and support regional medical education programs, workshops and training events to strengthen customer engagement and clinical expertise.
  • Regularly attend and support surgical cases to ensure appropriate product usage, provide intraoperative support and build credibility with Orthopaedic Surgeons and theatre staff.
  • Participate in national and regional sales meetings, training sessions and industry events to enhance sales effectiveness, product knowledge, and market understanding.
  • Manage a local territory budget, ensuring all spend is strategically allocated, utilized effectively and remains within approved budget parameters
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales-related activities.
  • Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Accurately manage territory-related travel and expenses, ensuring timely submission and compliance with company Travel & Expense (T&E) policies
