π About Boundless Life
Boundless Life is building a new category at the intersection of family travel, education, hospitality, real estate, and community. We bring together world-class children's education, curated accommodations, and vibrant communities into cohort-based programs across global destinations β helping families live, learn, and explore the world together without compromising on their children's education or their own careers.
π The Role
We're looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the CEO Office and help drive high-priority initiatives across the business. This is not a traditional project management role. You will work directly with the CEO on special projects, MVP tests, new initiatives, and cross-functional execution that can shape the future of the company.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, entrepreneurial, analytical, and hungry to learn fast. You should be excited by ambiguity, love making things happen, and be comfortable moving from idea to execution.
π§ What You'll Do
- Support the CEO and leadership team on high-priority strategic and operational projects
- Drive special projects from idea through execution, follow-up, and reporting
- Help design, launch, and test MVPs across product, operations, education, community, growth, and new business lines (e.g., premium offerings, new service tiers, pilot programs)
- Coordinate across teams and external partners to keep projects moving fast and unblock bottlenecks
- Conduct market research, customer research, competitor analysis, and lightweight business analysis
- Build simple project plans, timelines, dashboards, and status updates β keeping things lean and actionable, not bureaucratic
- Track key metrics, gather feedback, and turn learnings into clear recommendations
- Create processes, documents, and playbooks as new initiatives are validated
- Bring structure, speed, and follow-through to areas that are still being figured out
π«Ά About you
- 1β3 years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, startups, product, business analysis, or similar roles
- Strong bias for action β you default to doing, not over-planning
- Comfort with ambiguity; you can take a loosely defined brief and turn it into a structured plan
- Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Highly proactive and resourceful β you don't wait to be told every next step
- Able to manage multiple workstreams at once without dropping the ball
- Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic performance tracking
- Curious about testing new ideas and learning quickly from results
β Bonus Points
- Startup experience
- Experience with no-code / low-code tools, AI tools, or lightweight prototyping
- Experience supporting founders or senior executives
- Exposure to product launches, operations rollouts, or growth experiments
- Background in travel, hospitality, education, or marketplace/platform businesses
- International mindset and comfort working across cultures and time zones
π Success Metrics (during the first 3 months)
- Shadow and document at least 3 active workstreams to understand current priorities
- Own and deliver 1β2 complete special projects end-to-end (from brief to outcome report)
- Conduct at least 15 structured customer conversations per project to validate or challenge assumptions behind active projects
- At least 1 MVP that reached a clear go/no-go recommendation backed by data
πWho You Are
- You are ambitious and want steep learning curves
- You are reliable and follow through on what you commit to
- You can zoom out strategically, but you also enjoy getting things done yourself
- You think in terms of solutions, not excuses
- You care about quality, but you don't get stuck in perfectionism
- You move fast and learn even faster
π₯ Whatβs in it for you
- Fully remote β work from anywhere, on your own schedule
- Work directly with the CEO on some of the company's most important initiatives
- Get exposure across strategy, operations, product, growth, and innovation
- Be part of a fast-growing company building something category-defining for families worldwide
- Take on real ownership early in your career
- Help shape new ideas from 0 to 1, not just maintain existing systems
- Opportunity to experience Boundless Life programs and destinations firsthand
- Travel perks β discounts on Boundless cohorts at our global locations
β¨ What's next?
- A short video interview answering a few questions
- Intro call with our Recruitment team (30 min)
- Final conversation with our CEO (60 min)
