  • Manage daily work assignments and project allocations
  • Foster continuous improvement and process optimization by engaging team members and strategizing assignment focus for individual development
  • Provide timely feedback and coaching to continuously manage performance
  • Coach and support team members (Liaisons) when they face challenges in their tasks

Team Coach Operations


5+ years of experience in US Healthcare domain, AR specialization Must know
standard practices of RCM. Strong with AR and denial management Comfortable
using Microsoft Excel Good verbal and written communication skills Flexible
with shift timings/internal movements Manage work assignments project allocation
on daily basis Encourage engage team members for continuous improvement,
process optimization, strategize assignment focus on individual development
Continuously manage performance through timely, effective feedback and
coaching Coaching, Counselling, and helping team members (Liaisons) when
they face challenges or hurdles in their assigned tasks.
