  • Engage in structured onboarding and re-entry support, with opportunities to reskill and apply transferable skills
  • Contribute to AI-native data systems and nature-based data challenges to support risk, resilience, compliance and sustainability
  • Proactively participate in evergreen talent-matching processes to explore fit for roles and projects as opportunities arise

  • Have 3+ years of total professional experience, AND

  • Are either:

    • Returning to work after a career break (parenting, health, caregiving, relocation, sabbatical), or

    • Switching industries or functions (e.g. finance → climate tech, academia → product, government → operations)
