Our client is an established ecommerce infrastructure company operating in the custom gifting and print-on-demand space. The platform enables ecommerce sellers, creators, and online stores to build and sell customized gift bundles without holding inventory. By combining print-on-demand production with fulfillment and branded packaging, the company allows sellers to create unique products and ship them directly to customers. With more than 200 customizable items available across the platform, the company’s mission is to become the “gifting operating system of the internet,” empowering online sellers to easily create, bundle, and distribute personalized gift products.

The Creative Strategist will be responsible for developing creative concepts and marketing narratives that communicate the platform’s value proposition to ecommerce sellers and creators. This role focuses on developing marketing angles, campaign ideas, and content concepts that drive engagement across digital channels. The Creative Strategist will collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to ensure messaging and creative direction align with the company’s growth objectives while leveraging digital storytelling, social media trends, and performance-driven creative strategies.
Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas that highlight the platform’s capabilities and benefits
Identify compelling marketing angles that resonate with ecommerce sellers and online creators
Collaborate with marketing teams to translate strategy into high-performing campaigns
Guide the development of short-form video content and social media campaigns
Identify trending content formats and storytelling approaches that drive engagement
Help shape the brand voice and messaging across marketing channels
Work closely with designers, editors, and content creators to develop marketing assets
Provide creative direction for videos, ads, and promotional content
Ensure creative output aligns with brand positioning and campaign objectives
Collaborate with growth marketing teams to test different creative concepts and messaging angles
Analyze performance data to identify top-performing creative strategies
Continuously iterate and refine creative approaches based on campaign results
2–4+ years of experience in creative strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing
Experience working with ecommerce brands, creator platforms, or digital products preferred
Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy
Ability to develop compelling creative concepts and campaign ideas
Experience collaborating with designers, editors, or content teams
Highly creative with a strong understanding of digital storytelling
Data-aware and able to balance creative thinking with performance insights
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Consistent pipeline of high-performing creative concepts and campaigns
Strong engagement across social media and digital marketing channels
Clear and compelling messaging around the platform’s value proposition
Creative strategies that support measurable marketing growth
