Job description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

They are seeking a Content Strategist to execute and optimize multi-platform content distribution that strengthens engagement and sustained audience growth.

Role Overview

The Content Strategist will execute the distribution and repurposing of long-form and short-form content across multiple platforms. This role is focused on content execution, including identifying key moments from raw footage, editing and optimizing content for platform-native performance, and ensuring consistent distribution that maximizes engagement, authority, and trust over time.

Key Responsibilities

Content Execution & Optimization

  • Review long-form and short-form footage to identify key moments, including hooks, emotional resonance, authority-building insights, and high-retention segments.

  • Edit content with a focus on attention economics, optimizing hooks, pacing, and retention psychology to maximize viewer engagement.

  • Ensure all content aligns with platform requirements and is optimized for maximum impact, including video length, captions, and visual style.

Content Distribution & Repurposing

  • Repurpose a single batch of content into multiple formats for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

  • Implement a consistent content distribution schedule across platforms to build authority and maintain a steady brand presence.

  • Adjust content formatting and timing based on the unique behaviors and preferences of each platform.

Caption Writing & Engagement

  • Write compelling, authority-driven captions that encourage conversation and engagement.

  • Ensure each piece of content contributes to long-term brand positioning and fosters meaningful audience interaction.

  • Avoid surface-level tactics and prioritize depth and clarity in every post.

Performance-Based Refinement

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including watch time, retention, saves, shares, comments, and direct messages.

  • Continuously adjust and improve content sequencing and framing based on audience behavior, ensuring content builds cohesively over time.

  • Refine execution to create stronger compounding effects and long-term brand equity.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in content distribution, media management, or content execution.

  • Proven ability to repurpose long-form content into engaging, high-performing short-form assets.

  • Familiarity with platform-native content strategies across Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

Skills

  • Strong editorial judgment and storytelling instincts.

  • In-depth knowledge of attention economics, retention psychology, and how platforms reward different behaviors.

  • Excellent writing skills, with a focus on crafting authority-building captions.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and refine content based on performance metrics.
