Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Serve as HubSpot Administrator, managing day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and system health across CRM, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows for lead routing, sales sequences, customer handoffs, and operational alerts; ensure data quality and manage integrations with Mixpanel and Iterable
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to document and enforce standardized operating policies; provide operational support, troubleshoot issues, and train users; define customer journey milestones and playbooks (QBRs, Health Scores)
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in HubSpot to track KPIs (sales cycle efficiency, win rate, Net Revenue Retention); generate data-driven insights and ensure data integrity across revenue systems

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Analyst will drive operational efficiency across the Sales and Customer Success teams. This role will optimize and automate key processes within the revenue tech stack, particularly HubSpot, ensuring seamless execution from lead qualification through renewal. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who prioritizes data accuracy, system integrity, and scalable playbooks to support rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize and Automate the Revenue Tech Stack

  • Serve as the HubSpot Administrator, managing day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and overall system health across CRM, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.

  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows for lead routing, sales sequences, customer handoffs, and operational alerts.

  • Ensure data quality and manage integration points between HubSpot and other platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Iterable).

Support and Streamline Revenue Processes

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to document, implement, and enforce standardized operational policies and procedures.

  • Provide direct operational support, troubleshoot system issues, and train users on best practices within the tech stack.

  • Define key customer journey milestones and implement operational components for playbooks such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Health Scores.

Manage Revenue Data & Reporting

  • Maintain data integrity and consistency across all revenue systems.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in HubSpot to track KPIs including sales cycle efficiency, win rate, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).

  • Generate data-driven insights to help leadership identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Revenue Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Hands-on experience as a HubSpot Administrator or Power User, with strong expertise in workflow automation and data management.

  • Proven ability to translate business goals into technical requirements for CRM and broader tech stack systems.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with comfort working with data (e.g., Excel, BI tools).

  • Passion for building and maintaining clean, scalable processes and documentation.

  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach, with a strong focus on process efficiency and data integrity.
