Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across various platforms to engage with the target audience and drive brand awareness.

  • Community Engagement: Build and nurture online communities, responding to feedback, fostering discussions, and creating a sense of belonging among members.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of social media and content campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on content strategies, social media initiatives, and community-building efforts.

  • Brand Voice: Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and tone, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
