We are seeking a Global Litigation Paralegal to join our team and play a key role in supporting active litigation matters across our firm. This role is crucial to supporting our attorneys by managing complex litigation tasks that are vital to our practice's mission of obtaining justice for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will help ensure seamless legal processes and contribute significantly to the successful resolution of cases, enhancing our clients' journey to recovery.

What you’ll do:

• E-Filing Management: Execute accurate and timely e-filing in Georgia courts, ensuring critical documents are properly submitted and organized to keep cases moving forward without delay.
• Discovery Support: Review and help prepare discovery requests and responses, gather essential client materials, and organize information in a way that strengthens case strategy and attorney review.
• Document Management: Maintain structured, well-organized case files in Dropbox and track case progression in Google Sheets to support seamless litigation workflows.
• Client Communication: Conduct consistent monthly client touchpoints, helping ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the litigation process.
• Case Support: Contribute to the progression of approximately 50–70 active cases, providing dependable litigation support across multiple attorneys and helping drive meaningful outcomes.

What we’re looking for: 

• Litigation Experience: 1–2+ years of U.S. legal experience, particularly in litigation support.
• E-Filing Proficiency: Familiarity with Georgia e-filing systems, such as PeachCourt, is preferred.
• Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with clients.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage high caseloads and maintain attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in case management software like CasePeer, along with Dropbox and Google Suite tools.
• Remote Work Readiness: Demonstrates proven success working in a remote environment, with strong time management, accountability, and availability aligned with U.S. Eastern business hours.
