Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to support our revenue operations and optimize our HubSpot CRM environment. The successful candidate will manage CRM systems, maintain data integrity, build automated workflows, and ensure accurate pipeline visibility for the sales and marketing teams.

This role serves as a critical operational support function, helping the organization maintain efficient go-to-market processes through clean data, strong reporting, and scalable systems. The position requires a strong understanding of HubSpot, revenue operations, pipeline management, and marketing funnel tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HubSpot CRM administrator, managing configuration, customization, and daily operations across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Operations Hub
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene and integrity, including deduplication, data standardization, field validation, and regular data audits
  • Manage user permissions, roles, and access controls within HubSpot
  • Monitor sales pipeline health to ensure deals and opportunities are accurately tracked and updated
  • Enforce pipeline governance rules, including deal stage criteria and required data fields
  • Build and maintain sales and marketing dashboards and reports to track performance and key revenue metrics
  • Generate reports on pipeline velocity, conversion rates, win/loss analysis, campaign ROI, and marketing attribution
  • Design and implement automated workflows for lead routing, lifecycle stage updates, task creation, and internal notifications
  • Automate repetitive sales and marketing processes such as lead scoring, deal stage transitions, and follow-up sequences
  • Map and manage the full customer journey from first touch through closed-won using HubSpot lifecycle stages
  • Maintain lead scoring models and marketing funnel tracking to align marketing and sales on lead quality
  • Ensure proper UTM tracking, campaign attribution, and form tracking for marketing performance measurement
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to translate operational needs into CRM processes and automation solutions
  • Provide HubSpot training and support to sales and marketing team members
  • Document CRM workflows, reporting structures, and operational processes for internal knowledge and consistency

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or revenue operations
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and ideally Operations Hub
  • Experience building HubSpot dashboards, reports, and automated workflows
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales pipelines, marketing funnels, lifecycle stages, MQLs, and SQLs
  • Proven ability to maintain CRM data hygiene and governance at scale
  • Experience with lead scoring, lead routing, and automated contact ownership assignment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with global teams
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset
