Schedule: Freelance/Contract. Must overlap with US West Coast hours (at least 4 PM - 8 PM CET) for key strategy meetings.
Acquiring users is only half the battle; keeping them hooked is where the real game is won. Our client is building a modern, gamified e-commerce platform and they need an Optimove CRM Specialist to help build the retention engine from scratch. This isn’t a standard product - this is a completely new vertical. We need someone who can use behavioral data to create irresistible, personalized player journeys.
Your Quests (What You’ll Do):
Architect and scale the CRM set-up from the ground up, moving fast and breaking the mold of traditional e-commerce.
Utilize your deep proficiency in Optimove to segment users, map out lifecycle journeys, and trigger automated, hyper-personalized campaigns.
Adapt retention strategies from gaming and e-com to fit a totally unique, non-traditional auction vertical.
Analyze user data to increase player retention, repeat bids, and lifetime value.
Your Arsenal (What You Bring):
Hands-on, undeniable proficiency in Optimove (this is a must-have). You have taken it from a blank-slate and helped transforming it into a scaled retention engine.
A brave, experimental mindset - you are excited to figure out what works in a vertical that doesn't exist yet.
Strong analytical skills to translate user behavior into actionable CRM campaigns.
