Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience managing federal IT projects, including cloud migrations or infrastructure modernization
PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification
Experience with Agile/Scrum or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies

The Project Manager will lead complex IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager responsibilities will include:
Leading end-to-end project management for federal IT projects, including cloud migrations, system implementations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives
Developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
Managing project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitating communication and coordination among project teams, stakeholders, and federal clients
Conducting regular project status meetings and providing timely updates to leadership and stakeholders
Managing project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial accountability
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues
Ensuring projects comply with federal requirements, policies, and contractual obligations
Implementing Agile/Scrum or SAFe methodologies to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement
Managing project documentation including project charters, work breakdown structures, and lessons learned
Coordinating with cross-functional teams including technical staff, security personnel, and business analysts
Tracking project deliverables and ensuring acceptance criteria are met
Managing vendor relationships and subcontractor performance when applicable
Supporting contract management activities including modifications, invoicing, and reporting
Mentoring junior project coordinators and supporting professional development of team members
