Job description

Web Content & Newsletter Manager - Remote

WordPress Developer — Luxury Brands

DLG is the strategic growth partner for the world's most iconic luxury brands — fusing AI, proprietary technology, and creative intelligence across Geneva, Shanghai, Paris, and New York.

We need a detail-obsessed content professional to manage deployment across multiple luxury client websites and run newsletter campaigns at scale. You work from fully approved assets — no copywriting, no design — pure flawless execution.

We're looking for a meticulous, experienced web content professional to manage deployment across multiple luxury client websites and coordinate newsletter campaigns at scale. You'll work from fully approved assets — designs come from Figma, copy arrives in final form — your job is flawless, on-brand execution that meets the exacting standards of prestigious luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities

Email & Newsletter Campaigns

  • Implement fully designed email templates from Figma in Mailchimp (primary) or Klaviyo
  • Ensure pixel-perfect rendering across all clients: Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, and mobile
  • Manage audience segmentation, automation workflows, and A/B testing setup
  • Handle GDPR compliance within email platforms
  • Run thorough pre-send QA: rendering, dark mode, link tracking, deliverability, spam score
  • Manage 8–12 newsletters/month across multiple luxury clients

Website Content Management

  • Upload and maintain product pages: high-res images, technical specifications, descriptions
  • Publish editorial content: articles, brand stories, heritage pieces, collection pages
  • Build and update campaign landing pages for seasonal launches
  • Embed and optimize video content; apply light CSS/HTML customizations where needed
  • Primary platforms: WordPress (most frequent), Sanity CMS (critical — headless, API-driven), Squarespace and Drupal (nice to have)

QA & Standards

  • Cross-browser and device testing: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge — desktop and mobile
  • Responsive design verification, link validation, image optimization
  • Typography, spacing, and loading speed consistency checks
  • Maintain the content deployment calendar and provide weekly activity reporting
  • Respond to urgent requests within 2–4 hours; standard deployments completed within 24–48 hours
  • Attend weekly or fortnightly 1-hour sync with the Performance team

Requirements

  • 6+ years managing content across multiple CMS platforms
  • Strong Sanity CMS hands-on experience (headless/API-driven)
  • Mailchimp and/or Klaviyo proficiency
  • Solid HTML/CSS for light customizations
  • Exceptional attention to detail; luxury brand experience preferred
  • Available European business hours

How to Apply

Please send your application including:

  • CV / LinkedIn profile
  • Portfolio or examples of WordPress development work (especially custom plugins, WPBakery implementations, Sanity CMS)
  • Examples of email campaigns deployed in Mailchimp or Klaviyo
  • Brief note on your experience with luxury brands or high-standards environments
  • Applications without a portfolio or relevant work examples will not be considered.
This is a fully remote role. Candidates must be based in South Africa.
