WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Input/handle all the incoming and outgoing payment transactions
Oversee day-to-day financial activities
Carry out the reconciliation of all bank accounts to ensure that all banking transactions are accurate and consistent with factual transactions as recorded
Ensure that accurate financial and relevant records are kept for all treasury transactions
Coordinate and maintain a cash forecasting system to ensure that adequate funds are available to meet the working requirements
Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into associated record-keeping tools, maintaining precise records for effective financial management
Ensure required liquidity levels are met on a daily basis in cross-team collaboration.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
At least 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance Operations, or a similar role
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Good English and fluent russian (both written and spoken)
