About the Role

People Results is seeking a Graphic Designer to support the firm’s client-facing consulting work and internal marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment and enjoys working across multiple projects and stakeholders.


The Graphic Designer will collaborate with consultants across labor, organizational development, and workforce advisory practices to create polished, executive-ready materials. This position is fully remote and supports the entire firm.

  

Purpose of the Position

The primary purpose of the Graphic Designer is to produce high-quality visual materials that elevate client presentations, reports, proposals, and firm-wide branding efforts.

This role ensures consistency, professionalism, and clarity across all deliverables while helping translate complex consulting content into clean, compelling visuals.

  

Work Environment

This role is 100% virtual and supports consulting teams nationwide, across all time zones. The Graphic Designer will work in a collaborative but deadline-driven environment, supporting both client deliverables and firm-wide initiatives.

Client Design Support

Education & Experience
