Residex is building the next generation of Revenue Cycle Management software purpose-built for Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living communities. We’re looking for a General Manager who has lived and breathed LTC billing—someone who has personally managed AR aging, fought denials, navigated Medicaid state plan amendments, and optimized payer mix across a portfolio of facilities. You’ll bring that hard-won expertise to the GM seat, where you’ll own the Financial Solutions business end-to-end: shaping product strategy, championing the solution alongside sales, partnering cross-functionally, and delivering measurable financial outcomes for operators.
This isn’t a role for someone who managed RCM from a distance. We need a leader whose credibility comes from doing the work—and who now wants to channel that experience into building software that transforms how LTC providers manage their revenue cycle.
