Project Analyst (PMO Analyst)

Exciting 12-month fixed-term role for an experienced Project Analyst to join our team and help support the Replatforming Program.

Let’s talk about you

• Experience in project or program analysis within technology environments and supporting large transformation or platform migration programs
• Experience working within structured delivery frameworks (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Strong understanding of program governance structures, risk management frameworks, delivery lifecycle management and executive reporting standards

• Demonstrated ability to solve problems, and learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Performs effectively in an environment of change and high pressure
• Passion for taking on big challenges and seeing them through to completion
• Aptitude for clear communication, consultation and consideration of others
• You like a (VERY) fast-paced environment

will you support our “Why?”

• Maintain program governance artefacts, including RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and produce weekly and monthly program reporting packs for executives and steering committees.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and critical path dependencies across all workstreams.
• Ensure program documentation is maintained and aligned with organisational PMO standards.
• Coordinate steering committee materials, agendas, and decision logs.

• Monitor program budgets including Capex, Opex, forecasts, and run rates.
• Track program financials against approved business case and funding envelopes. Identify cost variances and provide analysis on financial risks.
• Support financial modelling for program decisions and investment prioritisation.

• Maintain integrated program plans across multiple delivery streams. Track delivery progress against milestones and identify emerging schedule risks.
• Support program managers in identifying mitigation strategies for delays.
• Provide clear status visibility for executive stakeholders.
