  • Partner with tech and business leads to turn strategy into an executable replatforming roadmap, balancing vision with reality.
  • Lead the transition from legacy to target-state platforms, ensuring architecture, integrations, data, and business rules are understood and carried forward or reimagined where needed.
  • Work closely with procurement, finance and vendor leads to ensure value for money and clarity on spend.
  • Lead readiness planning across impacted teams, ensuring training, documentation, support models, and business process changes are accounted for.

As a result, we have a new role for a Program Manager to lead the design & implementation of our Replatforming technology program and ensure we’re set up for success. This includes operational support systems and business support systems (OSS/ BSS).

  •  Work closely with our technology teams including strategy, architecture and delivery teams in the delivery of our strategic objectives.   

  •  Assist in the identification and evaluation of technology solutions and vendors and make appropriate recommendations based on the needs of the organisation.  

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels to quickly build deep  
    collaborative working relationships. 

  • Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills. 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and continuously shifting priorities. 

  • Leaderships skills and ability to develop and motivate others. 

  •  A growth mindset, and natural focus on continuous improvement, and  
    innovation with ability to constructively challenge the status quo. 

  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to solve complex business problems  
    and achieve ‘cut through’ by turning decisions into action 

  • Experience in working in a large, complex and commercial environment –  
    ideally within Telco. 

How will you support our “Why?”

  • Effectively develop and manage trusted relationships with internal and external delivery partners and Senior Leaders.  

  • Partnering with tech and business leads to turn strategy into an executable replatforming roadmap, balancing vision with reality. 

  • Bringing delivery and technical know-how to the table as you’ve been around enough transformations to know what works and what doesn’t. 

  • Leading lead the transition from legacy to target-state platforms, ensuring the architecture, integrations, data, and business rules are understood and carried forward or reimagined where needed. 

  • Working closely with procurement, finance and vendor leads to ensure value for money and clarity on spend. 

  • Working closely with engineering teams to ensure replatforming activities (migration, decommissioning, integrations, etc.) are planned, sequenced, and delivered with minimal disruption. 

  • Leading readiness planning across impacted teams, ensuring training, documentation, support models, and business process changes are accounted for. 

  • Using  your business and commercial acumen to translate business strategy into an implementable plan that delivers business and customer value. 

  • Partnering  with business and technology leaders to understand the immediate, medium and long-term business needs and outcomes while providing subject matter expert advice on the ‘what, how, why’ 

  • Understanding the key business drivers and how your scope moves the dials – be it customer experience, building customer trust, or risk and compliance 

  • Understanding the bigger picture and key dependencies (internal & external) and ensure these are understood, tracked and monitored. 

  • Motivating your delivery teams to reach new heights through active coaching, mentoring and feedback that helps others learn and grow 

  • Influencing to drive decision making that moves us forward, transparently and with pace.
