  • Improve observability and reliability by implementing monitoring and telemetry solutions and collaborating with engineers to evolve the platform

Job description

JOIN US ON THIS MISSION
Work on GY, a cloud-native platform built for the utilities and energy sector — an industry currently undergoing large-scale digital transformation. You will join a small platform team of four engineers responsible for building and operating the infrastructure behind the product. The environment is cloud-native, highly autonomous, and engineering-driven, with strong ownership of architecture and platform decisions:
  • You build and operate the cloud infrastructure that powers our cloud-native product GY.
  • You design scalable platform architecture using Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code.
  • You drive automation and CI/CD improvements to enable fast, reliable software delivery.
  • You improve observability and reliability by implementing monitoring and telemetry solutions.
  • You collaborate closely with engineers to continuously evolve our platform and infrastructure.

YOUR PROFILE
  • You bring 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or Platform Engineer.
  • You have strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Linux-based systems.
  • You operate cloud environments confidently (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • You communicate fluently in English and are comfortable working in an international engineering environment.
  • You live in Germany or Spain and enjoy diving quickly into complex technical challenges while collaborating with a small team.
