As our Organisational Performance Coordinator, you will support the full coordination of our Leadership Pipeline programs, ensure a detailed experience for participants and leaders, and maintain key P&C platforms and systems. You will work closely with People Business Partners, leaders, and internal stakeholders to ensure our leadership and talent processes run efficiently and deliver high-quality outcomes.
What Will your Key Responsibilities be?
You will join a small team within Organizational Performance but work closely with other colleagues in P&C and leaders across the organisation. Your role will be focused around three key areas:
Leadership Pipeline Coordination
Drive coordination and communication for Leadership Pipeline enrolment (“Leading Others” and “Leading Leaders”)
Ensure an efficient cross‑funding process for program participation
Support the execution and user experience of LPI, including communication, handling questions, and supporting People Business Partners
People & Culture Platforms
Own and maintain the P&C SharePoint “People Portal”
Coordinate updates to the P&C SharePoint site for leaders
Talent & Insights
Ensure the Deeper Signals platform is updated and used effectively
Support ad‑hoc coordination tasks and talent‑related projects
Have you got what we are looking for?
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR coordination, training administration, or similar roles
Proven ability to follow up on delegated tasks and ensure timely execution
Strong experience navigating and handling internal systems (e.g., SharePoint, LMS platforms)
Experience with administrative tasks such as invoicing and calendar management
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
As a person you maintain high professional standards and deliver excellent service, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to anticipate issues before they arise. You communicate effectively and work confidently with both internal and external stakeholders, bringing a proactive, results‑oriented mindset and strong problem‑solving abilities. You thrive in independent, self‑managed tasks and have strong execution skills, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and effectively.
