Meet the team:
Dexcom is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented EDI subject matter expert. You will be joining a fast paced international team and be responsible for managing the EDI aspect of projects, production support, and working closely with internal stakeholders and external trading partners.
Where you come in:
• You must have hands-on experience as an EDI developer and analyst.
• You will have a strong understanding of X12 standards and JSON.
• You will have experience of working with a managed services provider and be accountable for configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving EDI transaction issues.
• You will be able to troubleshoot and resolve transaction processing issues and conduct acceptance testing with colleagues and vendors.
• You will design EDI flow/message requirements for new markets and determine data mapping for new messages.
• You will have excellent communications skills and comfortable with interacting with senior technical business colleagues.
What makes you successful:
• You must have proven experience in EDI mapping and troubleshooting in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
You must have strong knowledge of X12 transaction sets and JSON file format.
• You should be familiar with communication protocols (API, AS2, SFTP, TCP/IP, HTTP), VANs and EDI mailboxes.
• A working knowledge of Oracle ERP products and the Order to Cash process and would be a distinct advantage.
• Experience within medical technology will be an advantage.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
