Salary range: up to $2,600 New Zealand Dollar (around ₱90,000 PHP), with the final offer subject to the client’s discretion based on the candidate’s experience

OVERVIEW ON THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-driven Campaign Designer to support marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and in-store channels. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys structure, consistency, and turning creative direction into polished, high-performing assets.
Core Responsibilities
Campaign Asset Production
- Format and roll out campaign creative using assets and direction provided by the Lead Designer.
- Build full campaign asset suites across digital and physical marketing channels, including EDMs, social media assets, and in-store POS materials.
- Adapt and resize creative assets across various formats and placements.
Email Marketing Design
- Design and produce EDMs (Email Direct Marketing) on a regular basis using established templates and brand guidelines.
- Evolve email layouts creatively while maintaining brand consistency and optimising engagement.
Multi-Channel Asset Adaptation
- Translate campaign concepts into different formats for social media, digital advertising, website placements, and retail environments.
- Ensure assets meet platform specifications and technical requirements.
Brand Consistency & Quality Control
- Ensure all campaign assets follow established brand guidelines.
- Maintain strong attention to detail across layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and asset specifications.
- Deliver accurate and production-ready creative assets across all marketing channels.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Maintain well-organised design files and asset libraries.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to meet campaign deadlines and production schedules.
Requirements
Required
- Proven experience in a Graphic Design or Digital Design role, preferably in retail, marketing, or e-commerce environments.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Experience designing EDMs or email marketing creatives.
- Ability to work with supplied assets, templates, and structured brand guidelines.
- Strong attention to layout, formatting, and design consistency.
- Highly organised with strong asset management and file structuring skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced campaign environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
