5+ years of demonstrated practical experience in graphic design with a robust portfolio showcasing social media and marketing projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools. Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to adapt and apply multiple brand guidelines and specific retailer style requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and feedback incorporation. Proven creative problem-solving skills with flexibility to adjust to evolving project requirements. Strong attention to detail to ensure brand identities and style guides are adhered to.

Core responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative concepts and visual designs for social media content and marketing materials across multiple brands. Design tailored graphics that adhere to both the client's brand identities and the style guides of key retail partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, sales, and product development—to ensure design consistency and effective messaging. Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality digital and print assets. Translate conceptual ideas into detailed visual representations that clearly communicate brand identity and value. Incorporate client, stakeholder, and team feedback to refine designs and maintain precision in delineation. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a strong focus on detail.
