CTG is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer with strong Snowflake expertise to design and deliver enterprise-grade business intelligence solutions. This role will focus on developing interactive dashboards, optimizing data models, and enabling scalable analytics capabilities to support data-driven decision making.

Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI with Snowflake as the primary data source.
Build and optimize Power BI data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations.
Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve and transform data within Snowflake.
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable BI solutions.
Optimize performance of Power BI reports and dashboards connected to Snowflake data environments.
Implement enterprise BI best practices related to governance, security, and performance.
Design intuitive, drill-down capable web-based reporting solutions for business users.
Support distribution of dashboards and reports via portals, email, and web platforms.
Participate in Agile development processes and iterative delivery cycles.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI dashboard and report development.
Expertise in data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
Advanced SQL and experience working with Snowflake data platforms.
Experience supporting scalable data pipelines, transformations, and integrations.
Knowledge of BI tools and platforms such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, Cognos, Qlik, or similar.
Experience building enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
Preferred:
Utility industry experience.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55.00 to $68.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
