What We're Looking For:

• Assisted living experience
• Nursing and/or clinical care background
• Know your way around healthcare compliance and regulations
• Quality assurance and clinical outcomes expertise
• Experience training and educating staff

• A real passion for making senior care better through innovation
• Great at explaining clinical jargon to non-clinical people (and vice versa)
