Your impact:

• Build AI agents for engineers that transform development workflows
• Automate routine engineering tasks (requirements refinement, coding, testing)
• Improve team velocity and reduce manual effort through AI-driven solutions
• Create internal best-practices guidelines for building and scaling AI agents
• Act as an Engineering × AI multiplier across teams

About you:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience building and integrating AI/LLM solutions
• Strong Software Engineering, AQA, SDET or DevOps background
• Practical experience with Context Engineering and RAG architectures
• Experience building multi-agent systems (n8n, Claude Code, Agents SDK, etc.)
• Strong hands-on experience with coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex)
• Proven ability to operate autonomously and deliver measurable results
• Systems thinker with strong time management and ownership mindset

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of infrastructure fundamentals, including MLOps principles, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and Kubernetes.
