Role : BA II Digital Portals
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 6-12 month contract
Work Hours: EST
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in LATAM Countries)
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with product owners and business leaders to shape the roadmap for digital portals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and user experience standards
* Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to inform portal enhancements and long-term product evolution
* Identify opportunities to digitize manual workflows, improve self-service, and enhance portal functionality
* Lead discovery workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions with cross-functional stakeholders
* Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
* Maintain a deep understanding of portal architecture, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies
* Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive, modern, and accessible portal experiences
* Analyze user feedback, session analytics, and pain points to recommend continuous improvements
* Advocate for best practices in navigation, content organization, and digital self-service
* Partner closely with engineering teams to refine requirements, support sprint planning, and ensure successful delivery
* Validate technical designs against business requirements; ensure traceability from concept through deployment
* Lead UAT planning, test case creation, defect tracking, and launch readiness activities
* Provide clear communication on project status, risks, and decisions to senior leaders and project teams
* Support training, documentation, and change management efforts to drive adoption of portal updates
* Act as subject matter expert for portal capabilities, business rules, and integrated processes
Required Skills:
* 5-8+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in digital products, portals, or enterprise web platforms
* Strong understanding of portal technologies, CMS platforms, APIs/integrations, and authentication models (e.g., SSO, identity management)
* Proficiency writing user stories, requirements documentation, process models, and workflow diagrams
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and common tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
* Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with customer, partner, or employee portals (e.g., Salesforce Experience Cloud, ServiceNow, custom portals, CMS solutions)
* Familiarity with UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
* Background in data analysis, KPIs/metrics for digital engagement, or digital transformation programs
* Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working in fast-paced, matrixed environments
