Role: Paid Media Coordinator
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long Term
Work Hours: US Times
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in LATAM Countries)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Media Coordinator to join our team and support the growth of our client's paid media and direct response activities. This role will focus on building paid social programs, supporting strategic media planning, and facilitating seamless collaboration among various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have understanding of paid media channels, content syndication management, and direct buy management.

Team Overview

About the Role

The contractor will support two main workstreams outside of general paid social campaign activations:

Content Syndication Campaign Management:

  • End-to-end execution from intake through vendor coordination
  • Convertr / lead flow setup
  • Salesforce QA
  • Post-launch monitoring

Direct Buy Management:

  • Coordinating newsletter sponsorships, display, and other direct buys
  • Vendor briefing through creative delivery
  • PO processing
  • Launch and reporting

They will also support LinkedIn/Meta and Demandbase Ads as needed.

Project Description

Top 3 Must-Have Skills

1. Paid Media Campaign Setup & Optimization:

  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager (Boosted Posts, Conversation Ads, NAL/lookalike audiences)
  • Meta Ads
  • Content syndication and direct buy activations
  • Ability to set up, launch, and troubleshoot campaigns end-to-end with minimal guidance

2. Advanced Data, Tracking & Reporting Skills:

  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, SUMIFs, VLOOKUPs)
  • Experience managing UTM structures
  • QA-ing lead data in Salesforce
  • Producing performance reports with actionable insights

3. End-to-End Process & Vendor / Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Overseeing timelines, creative deadlines, PO workflows, and documentation
  • Proactive communication and issue flagging

Duties / Day-to-Day Overview

1. Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Execute campaign setup and measurement for paid media (paid social, direct buys, content syndication, programmatic)
  • Assist with end-to-end operational tasks for direct buys (proposal exchanges, creative assets, order setup)
  • Conduct detailed QA on campaign assets, targeting, tracking, and launch setup
  • Develop and manage testing agendas and media plans
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems

2. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Facilitate audience management
  • Coordinate with creative, analytics, and content teams

3. Strategy & Planning

  • Support strategic media planning
  • Contribute to development of paid social, direct buys, content syndication, and programmatic programs

4. Reporting and Data Support

  • Create easy-to-read performance reports
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation
  • Support dashboard/reporting creation with analytics teams
  • Implement optimizations (budget adjustments, targeting tweaks, pausing ads)

5. Learning and Growth

  • Stay updated on paid media platforms
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices

Top Requirements (Must Haves)

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience (Tech/B2B) in digital advertising
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Meta Ads, content syndication, Demandbase or DSPs
  • Practical knowledge of campaign setup and optimization
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, SUMIFs, VLOOKUPs)
  • Proven project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Additional Qualifications (Nice to Haves)

  • Experience in Financial Services and B2B industries
  • Understanding of testing principles
