Roles & Responsibilities

Experience with supplier quality management (SQM) and AQP processes
Knowledge of conformity control for serial components and lifecycle management
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and report progress to stakeholders (monthly/quarterly/weekly)
Familiarity with YIS analysis, KPI tracking, and supplier escalation procedures

Requirements:

Apply Group Standards (SQM and AQP.pp) with external suppliers and perform conformity control of serial components for the production site
Ensure conformity of components throughout their life cycle, including yearly initial samples and 100% capability
Coordinate and communicate with Valeo SQA teams and site stakeholders on conformity, YIS, and KPI metrics (monthly, quarterly, weekly); escalate blocking items with suppliers
Lead YIS validations by site, identify top worst suppliers, collect history and incidents, share drift analyses, and follow up tools with Site Purchasing

Overall Mission to fix issue

Application of Group Standards (SQM and AQP.pp) with External suppliers
Conformity Control of the serial components supplied to and into the production site
- 100% Capable Yearly initial samples
Responsible of the conformity of the components throughout their life cycle
Communicate monthly with Serial SQA in Valeo Sites regarding :
- Conformity of the Parts & Conformity Trend
- Tools follow-up with Sites Purchasing & Quality to prevent out of warranty, worn out and breakage/deterioration of Mold
- YIS Top Worst suppliers by Site
- Prepare next YIS validation by collecting History and Incidents on those components with Sites
Communicate Quarterly with Valeo SQA Region Manager regarding :
- YIS Top Worst Suppliers by Region
- Share Drift found in YIS Analysis of Suppliers to the Region
Communicate Weekly with the PG SQA Manager :
- KPI Follow-up
- Escalation in case of blocking items with Suppliers
- Commitment of the Week W and review of Results W-1
