Your impact:

• Create engaging marketing campaign concepts from scratch.
• Conduct research to identify creative opportunities.
• Prepare detailed briefs to guide designers and creators.
• Evaluate the business impact of creative assets to enhance engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design and content teams.
• Manage asset and video production with designers, influencers, and creators.
• Develop and refine processes for creative development and testing to support marketing goals.

About you:

• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, SMM, or influencer marketing, preferably in eCommerce or retail marketplaces.
• Strong business mindset with a focus on results and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in market and competitor research and analysis.
• Experience in creating briefs for designers.
• Upper-Intermediate English.
• A creative approach with a desire to generate fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
• Understanding of AI content generation will be a plus.
