About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team full-time. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is relentlessly focused on outcomes. You will run full-cycle recruiting across clinical, engineering, and executive searches — supporting PE portfolio companies, VC-backed healthcare platforms, and high-growth technology firms — partnering directly with leadership to move searches forward with speed, structure, and an outstanding candidate experience.

This role reports directly to senior leadership and offers tremendous growth opportunities — including the chance to take on executive search, client management, and leadership responsibilities as the team scales.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting processes across multiple functions — sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer support
  • Drive high-volume outbound outreach using AI tooling and good old-fashioned sourcing, with disciplined follow-up to build strong candidate pipelines
  • Conduct 6-10 interviews per day, calibrate with hiring partners, and deliver clear, actionable candidate assessments
  • Keep every search organized, on track, and communicated with urgency
  • Support executive search and client-facing work, with training and mentorship
  • Leverage AI and modern recruiting tools to work faster and smarter without sacrificing quality

What We're Looking For

  • 2–7 years of client-facing experience in a performance-driven role with measurable metrics — recruiting, sales, or account management
  • Proven track record of elite performance — you've been a top performer on your team and can point to concrete results that set you apart
  • Exceptional communicator — you write clearly, speak with confidence, and bring a polished, professional presence to every interaction
  • Relentless work ethic — you are comfortable with demanding schedules, including 10–12 hour weekdays and occasional weekend work when needed. You can convincingly share at least one example of demonstrating grit and persistence to achieve a goal
  • Obsessive attention to detail — nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
  • Outcomes-oriented — you measure yourself by results, not activity, and you hold yourself to a high standard
  • AI-fluent — you can name specific, creative ways you use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to get more done in less time. Experience with Clay or similar platforms is a plus
  • Structured thinker — you approach problems top-down, think through tactics methodically, and understand the implications and trade-offs of different approaches
  • Strong work history — a consistent record of commitment and professional growth
  • A polished LinkedIn profile with a professional photo and strong network presence
  • Experience recruiting in healthcare, technical, executive, finance/accounting, or legal sectors is a strong plus
  • Startup experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

Base salary: $70,000–$90,000 + performance bonuses. There is significant room for compensation growth based on individual performance — top performers who deliver results will see their earnings scale accordingly.
