CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer - Mainframe Modernization position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and support IBM zOS mainframe applications.
Participate in modernization efforts for legacy COBOL systems.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes.
Collaborate with teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions.
Primary Skills:

JCL, VSAM, REXX, TSO/ISPF, Mainframe tools
PL/1, Assembler, IMS-DB, IMS-DC (preferred)
Experience:
Proven experience in mainframe application development/support.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $55.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
