Job Opening: Recruiting Sourcer

Location: South Africa - Remote (Working US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates for open positions.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging social media, job boards, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach to assess fit for roles.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each position.
Develop creative strategies to attract diverse talent and expand candidate outreach.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruiting.

Requirements
