Job Role: Executive Assistant
Compensation range: $2,000 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 8:30 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday, New South Wales time) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a growing financial planning business. This role will act as a key support partner to the executive, helping manage schedules, streamline workflows, and coordinate internal processes so leadership can focus on business growth and strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly autonomous, and an excellent communicator who can confidently manage multiple administrative and operational tasks. While experience in the financial planning industry is not required, familiarity with financial documentation or compliance-related administration is considered a strong advantage.
