Roles & Responsibilities

  • 6–10+ years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, digital advertising, or related consulting roles
  • Background with AdTech platforms (DSP, SSP, Ad Server, DMP/CDP, Retail Media) or in digital media agencies/consultancies/in-house AdTech teams
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end advertising ecosystem including programmatic fundamentals, first-party data/privacy-aware activation, and campaign measurement/optimization
  • Proven ability to lead client workshops and executive-level discussions; strong written communication; product-minded with outcome focus

Requirements:

  • Lead and participate in discovery engagements focused on AdTech/MarTech initiatives, engaging senior client stakeholders in business-level conversations about goals, monetisation, and growth
  • Translate business objectives into AdTech/MarTech capability maps, MVP scopes, and phased roadmaps; advise on ecosystem approaches and monetisation/pricing/inventory strategies
  • Advise on topics such as DSP/SSP/Ad Server/Retail Media/Payment Media models; CDP/DMP/Data Lake / Measurement frameworks; help clients understand trade-offs and implications of different paths
  • Collaborate with AdTech architects, engineers, and delivery leads to ensure business intent is translated into technical direction; align scope, assumptions, risks, and client expectations before builds

We're looking for a business consultant, who's able to speak with the clients, understand their strategy / direction / pain points and recommend a solution and the roadmap

This is you

  • 6–10+ years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, digital advertising, or related consulting roles.

  • Background in one or more of:

    • AdTech platforms (DSP, SSP, Ad Server, DMP/CDP, Retail Media)

    • Digital media agencies, consultancies, or in-house AdTech teams

    • Product or strategy roles within advertising or data-driven platforms

  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end advertising ecosystem, including:

    • Programmatic advertising fundamentals

    • First-party data and privacy-aware activation

    • Campaign execution, measurement, and optimisation

  • Ability to discuss AdTech topics at a conceptual and strategic level, without needing to deep-dive into code

  • Comfortable leading client workshops and executive-level discussions

  • Able to explain complex AdTech concepts in clear, business-oriented language

  • Structured thinker, able to frame problems, options, and recommendations

  • Strong written communication skills for producing consulting-style documents and presentationsMindset

This is your role

  • Lead and participate indiscovery engagementsfocused on AdTech & MarTech initiatives.

  • Engage senior client stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Sales, Data, Technology) in business-level conversationsabout advertising goals, monetisation, and growth.

  • Help clients articulate:oTheir advertising vision and ambitionoCurrent pain points across sales, operations, data, and technologyoClear success criteria for MVPs and early phasesAdTech strategy & product thinking

  • Translate business objectives into AdTech and MarTech capability maps, MVP scopes, and phased roadmaps.

  • Advise on topics such as:oWalled-garden vs self-serve vs open ecosystem approaches

    • DSP / SSP / Ad Server / Retail Media / Payment Media models

    • Monetisation strategies, pricing models, and inventory strategies

    • CDP / DMP/ Data Lake / DCR / Measurement, attribution, and performance frameworks

  • Help clients understand trade-offs, constraints, and implications of different AdTech paths beyond pure technology choices.

  • Support proposal creationand presales by shaping credible, business-led narratives around AdTech solutions

  • Work closely with AdTech architects, engineers, and delivery leads to ensure:

    • Business intent is clearly translated into technical direction

    • Scope, assumptions, and risks are well understood

    • Client expectations are aligned before build phases begin
