Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diploma/degree or professional qualification in a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years Singapore corporate secretarial experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and relevant regulations
  • Leadership and team management skills with the ability to work independently

Requirements:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and oversee the formation of Singapore and offshore companies
  • Handle routine corporate secretarial matters including AGM planning, changes of officers, share transfers/allotments, updating registers, and maintaining minute books
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and liaise with regulatory bodies and external advisors
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, address client inquiries, and perform other administrative duties as assigned

Job description

Job Brief: 

FastLane Recruit, part of the FastLane Group, is hiring on behalf of our client, a licensed corporate service provider. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate to join the corporate secretarial department based in Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. 
  • Oversee the formation of Singapore and offshore companies.
  • Handle routine corporate secretarial matters, including Annual General
  • Meetings, changes of officers, share transfers and allotments, updating registers, and maintaining minute books.
  • Address clients requests and inquiries, including client meetings as necessary.
  • Manage the striking-off of companies and administration of CorpPass.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and external advisors.
  • Perform administrative and other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

    • Possess a diploma, degree, or other professional qualifications.
    • Minimum of 3 years of Singapore corporate secretarial experience.
    • Strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and other relevant regulations.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
    • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
    • Service-oriented with mature thinking and a positive attitude.

    Other Info:

    • 5 days work week 
    • 8.30am to 5.30pm
    • Work From Home role
    • Need to travel to Singapore office about 1-2 days per month or as and when required
