Job Requirements:

  • Graphic Design Experience: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects and visual styles (must be presented). 
  • Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Industry Awareness: Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in graphic design. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Creative problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail. 
  • Time Management: Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines. 
  • Preferred Skills: Proficiency in HTML and experience with Klaviyo for email design and marketing.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling (a plus). 
  • Slack: Preferred communication channel. 
  • Tools Experience: Experience with Google Drive and Monday.com (preferred, but not required).

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts and designs for various marketing materials. 
  • Collaborate with clients and teams to understand project requirements and objectives. 
  • Create high-quality graphic designs using Adobe software, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Design brand identities and ensure consistency across marketing collateral and digital platforms.
  • Produce digital experiences and multimedia content, collaborating with cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback.
