Role Details: Job Title: Legal Contractor – Industry Data
Tentative Start Date: March 16, 2026
Duration: Part-time from 3/16/26 until mid-April approximately, transitioning to a full-time schedule (approximately 40 hours per week) from mid-April through early October.
Role Overview: In this role, you will serve as the Centralized Legal Data Team’s subject matter expert on MLS and real estate listing data. The position focuses on providing strategic legal guidance around the acquisition, licensing, governance, and permitted use of MLS and related data assets. You will also advise on complex MLS industry initiatives and product risk assessments related to MLS rules and data usage restrictions, while partnering closely with product, business, and compliance stakeholders to support innovation and ensure alignment with evolving industry standards.
