Job description


Pay: $35-40 per hour

Summary:

  • 100% remote position
  • Potential temp-to-hire position; salary upon conversion - $73K PA
  • Open to candidates from ET & CT zones
  • 6 months 

Responsibilities:

  • Configure company software as part of the implementation process
  • Transform and configure healthcare data from customers into the software
  • Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and business success
  • Engage with customers directly, requiring excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements:

  • 2 years of database experience
  • Experience with SQL is required
  • Experience with MS Access and/or Oracle is a plus
  • Experience working in a client-facing role

Required Skills:

  • Implementation and customer-facing experience
  • Proficiency with SQL

Preferred Skills:

  • Healthcare background
  • Knowledge of Health Level 7 (HL7) standard
