Podio Developer

We are looking for a talented Podio Developer to join our team. If you’re passionate about problem-solving, have an eye for detail, and enjoy working with cutting-edge business systems, we’d love to hear from you!

Part time (10 hours/week to start but can transition to full time), Remote, Independent contractor 
UK working hours
Starting date: TBD 
Monthly Starting Salary: Open, depending on level of experience

Primary Responsibilities

• Build new Citrix Podio platforms for clients

• Maintain Podio platforms (bug fixes, updates, improvements)

• Keep clients informed of progress with excellent communication

• Record demo and training videos to help clients learn and maximize Podio

• Provide online support and development calls with clients

• Document processes clearly for clients

• Attend team meetings and collaborate on projects

Additional Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal Citrix Podio platforms and related systems

• Research, test, and develop new business systems and integrations

• Implement best practices internally and for clients

• Conduct minor development work as needed

• Update system documentation and processes

Required Attitude, Skills & Experience

• Significant Citrix Podio development experience (at least 3 years)

• Solid knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML & CSS

• A love for solving problems and creating high-quality work

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience with Podio extensions (Procfu, Globimail, Make, Zapier, etc.)

• Knowledge of online collaboration platforms (Basecamp, Asana, Airtable)

• Experience with Bubble.io or other frontend platforms

• Familiarity with APIs (JSON, RESTful APIs, Google API Console)

• Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum)

• Website development and mobile app experience
