Roles & Responsibilities

  • 3+ years of professional web design experience with a strong portfolio; agency or freelance client projects experience preferred.

  • Figma proficiency: advanced wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design; experience building scalable design systems including component libraries and shared style guides.
  • Strong design fundamentals and digital marketing design experience: typography, color theory, layout grids, spacing, visual hierarchy; experience designing ads, email templates, social graphics, and marketing creatives.

Requirements:

  • Website Design & Webflow Development: design and build responsive, visually compelling websites in Webflow from scratch; own the full design process including wireframes, high-fidelity mockups in Figma, and Webflow implementation.
  • UI/UX & Conversion Focus: create intuitive, mobile-first layouts that guide visitors toward conversion; apply UX best practices including clear navigation, accessible forms, strong visual hierarchy.
  • Digital Marketing Creative & Landing Pages: design display ads, email newsletters, social graphics, and marketing assets; design and build high-converting landing pages for paid campaigns; ensure brand consistency across platforms.
  • Design Systems, Collaboration & Trend Awareness: build scalable UX design systems including reusable component libraries, typography/color systems, style guides, and brand frameworks; use naming conventions for scalable Webflow builds; collaborate with cross-team stakeholders and stay updated on trends.

This is a remote position.

Contractual (6 months) with a possibility of extension in case of good performance

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Web Designer with strong expertise in Webflow and Figma who can transform ideas into polished, responsive, and high-converting websites—from initial concept through final build.

This role goes beyond website design. The ideal candidate will also support digital marketing creative assets such as display ads, email newsletters, social media graphics, and landing pages. The designer should have a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and user behavior, ensuring that design decisions support business and conversion goals.

The ideal candidate thinks in design systems rather than individual pages and has experience building scalable UX frameworks including component libraries, brand identity systems, style guides, and reusable design structures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Website Design & Development
    - Design and build responsive, visually compelling websites in Webflow from scratch.
    - Own the full design process including wireframes, high-fidelity mockups in Figma, and Webflow implementation.

  2. UI/UX Design
    - Create intuitive and user-friendly layouts that guide visitors toward conversion.
    - Apply UX best practices including clear navigation, accessible forms, strong visual hierarchy, and mobile-first design.

  3. Digital Marketing Creative
    - Design display ads, email newsletters, social media graphics, and marketing assets.
    - Ensure creative assets remain brand-consistent and optimized for their respective platforms.

  4. Landing Page Design
    - Design and build high-converting landing pages for paid marketing campaigns.
    - Understand how elements such as CTAs, hero sections, trust signals, and form placements impact conversion rates.

  5. Cross-Team Collaboration
    - Work closely with account managers and project teams to understand project goals and brand requirements.
    - Present design concepts clearly and incorporate feedback efficiently.

  6. Design Systems & Brand Scalability
    - Build and maintain scalable UX design systems including:
      o Reusable component libraries
      o Typography and color systems
      o Style guides and brand frameworks
      o Spacing and layout standards
    - Use structured class systems such as Client-First or Relume naming conventions for scalable Webflow builds.

  7. Trend Awareness
    - Stay updated with web design trends, Webflow updates, and digital marketing best practices.
    - Contribute new ideas and creative improvements to projects.




Requirements

Experience

  • 3+ years of professional web design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Experience working with agency or freelance client projects is preferred.

Webflow Expertise
  • Ability to build complex, responsive websites from scratch using Webflow.
  • Strong understanding of Webflow CMS, animations/interactions, and responsive design.

Figma Proficiency
  • Advanced skills in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design in Figma.
  • Experience building scalable design systems including component libraries and shared style guides.

Design Fundamentals
  • Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout grids, spacing systems, and visual hierarchy.

Digital Marketing Design
  • Experience designing ads, email templates, social graphics, and marketing creatives.

UX Design Systems

  • Proven experience creating scalable UX design frameworks such as:
    o Component libraries
    o Brand identity systems
    o Design systems for multi-page or multi-client environments

Communication
  • Strong written English communication skills and ability to present design decisions to internal teams.

Portfolio
  • A portfolio showcasing live Webflow projects and digital design work.




Salary: 14-15 Lakhs
