Job description

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled CPQ Lead with strong experience in Salesforce CPQ implementation and configuration.
The ideal candidate should have 5 to 8 years of experience in managing complex CPQ solutions.
This role is essential for enhancing pricing accuracy and streamlining the quoting process to support our sales team in delivering optimal client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and configure Salesforce CPQ to meet business requirements and improve sales performance.

Collaborate with sales, finance, and technical teams to ensure alignment with pricing and quota strategies.

Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize CPQ utilization.

Leverage Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise to integrate and streamline sales processes.

Monitor and troubleshoot CPQ processes to improve operational efficiency.

Generate reports and analytics to identify trends and improvement areas.

Stay current with Salesforce releases and enhancements, especially related to CPQ.

Maintain documentation for CPQ processes, configurations, and user training materials.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

5–8 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ implementation and configuration.

Strong understanding of quoting and pricing processes within a sales environment.

Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud with proven experience in sales process management.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salesforce CPQ certification is mandatory.


Salary: 24-25 Lakhs
