  • Represent the company at industry conferences, target key customers, and pursue sales leads to promote the product range

A Day in the Life

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized Sales Representative who excels at driving sales activity, delivering results, and forecasting performance. You’ll also be responsible for creating and executing a development plan for the product portfolio you manage to support long-term growth. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel or in-person meetings depending on business needs in Poland.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Develop and implement plans to achieve/exceed sales targets
  • Develop new sales opportunities
  • Implement market development projects
  • Ensure implementation of remote sales tools in the effective and productive way
  • Plan and implement effective sales/product presentations to customers
  • Represent company at industry conferences and maximize potential by targeting specific customers to gain sales leads and pursue opportunities to promote the company's product range
  • Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints in a prompt and effective manner 
  • Educate customers to ensure that products are understood and used effectively 
  • Recognize and understand competitive products, features in relation to the company’s products

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Degree in Medical Science, Life Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on duties as well as contributing to a larger team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team-oriented/openness to supporting colleagues regardless of other team members' responsibilities
  • Strong goal orientation
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude towards remote work and the ability to communicate effectively using remote tools
  • Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule
  • Experience in the medical (device) industry or a hospital environment and knowledge of the competitive marketplace would be an advantage
  • Polish is a must
