Junior Business Analyst (remote)

We’re supporting a growing SaaS company that helps businesses streamline and optimize their sales processes through a modern software. As the company continues to expand across Europe, they’re now hiring a Junior Business Analyst to help turn product and business data into clear insights for internal teams.

This role is well suited for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, identifying patterns, and helping teams make better decisions.

The company has ~70 employees across Europe and operates fully remote, with 3–4 in-person meetups per year.

What You’ll Work On

• Analyze product usage, sales performance, and operational data
• Build and maintain dashboards used by leadership and internal teams
• Support the sales and product teams with data-driven insights
• Help evaluate new initiatives, features, or process improvements
• Work with structured datasets from CRM, product analytics, and internal systems
• Present findings in a clear and structured way to non-technical stakeholders

First 3–6 Months – Focus Areas

• Take ownership of several recurring sales and product performance dashboards
• Support analysis related to sales pipeline performance and customer behavior
• Help track key operational metrics used by leadership
• Contribute to at least one deeper analysis project tied to product or growth

What They’re Looking For

• 1–3 years experience in analytics, business analysis, consulting, or similar roles
• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets
• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Metabase, Power BI, Tableau)
• Analytical mindset and curiosity for how businesses operate
• Ability to present insights clearly to non-technical teams
• Fluent English

A degree in economics, business, engineering, statistics, or a related field is a plus.
